Our winemaker was a bit mischievous when she created this wicked red blend, toiling away in the vineyards and then returning to the cellar late at night to care for the wine as it aged in oak barrels. Made for mischief; our blend rightly thumbs its nose at restraint. Set loose in the cellar our wines tasted as much of temptation, indulgence, and revelry as pineapples, melons or spring flowers. We blended daily in an almost ritual way until a surprising alchemy was unleashed - a wine that whispered in our ears in a lively playful way.

Diabolica Reincarnation Red Wine

Our winemaker was feeling a little mischievous when she created this new wine, crafted with a secondary aging in Bourbon Oak. The creativity paid off. This innovative winemaking develops more complex fruit notes and a smoother, longer finish.

Aging: in French Oak, with a secondary Bourbon Oak-Aging
Nose: fresh cherry, vanilla, & smoky Bourbon
Palate: ripe plums, field berries, with a hint of vanilla, spice & a smooth long finish

Our winemaker was feeling a little mischievous when she created this new wine, crafted with a secondary aging in Bourbon Oak. The creativity paid off. This innovative winemaking develops more complex fruit flavours and a smoother, more refreshing finish.

Aging: Stainless fermentation, with a secondary Bourbon Oak-Aging
Nose: Aromatic citrus, vanilla, & fresh spiced notes
Palate: Juicy ripe peach, pineapple and pear, followed by a smooth refreshing finish
